Introduction

Villa CP1 is an exclusive Property with private pool and panoramic views over the sea, the perfect luxury housing solution to experience the truest macchia mediterranea.

Nestled among spontaneous vegetation and rocky hills, the villa offers an astonishing structure and a prime location, between Zingaro Nature Reserve and the ancient village of Scopello, close to important archaeological sites, uncontaminated beaches and the main airports in northwestern Sicily.

It's incredibly innovative design, the attention to sustainable technology and its integration level with the surrounding landscape make Villa CP1 the first and only one of its kind in the entire region of Sicily, offering therefore a brand-new concept of living experience.

Design & Architecture

Villa CP1 is an extraordinary result of landscape architecture, completely eco-sustainable and represents an absolute novelty in the Sicilian panorama of luxury villas.

The villa has been specifically designed to adapt to its natural surroundings. The simplicity and the linearity of its single block, along with its astonishing rooftop garden, contribute to make the final visual impact almost imperceptible. Following the natural flow of the land, Villa CP1 blends with the surrounding landscape, tradition and innovation meet, creating a perfect harmony between man and nature.

Through the use of local materials and artisans, the Property respects the nature and traditions of the territory and the community in which it is located, despite being the result of the most advanced construction techniques, to ensure the excellence of the final result with minimal environmental impact.

Interior Living Spaces

The internal spaces are arranged on a single level with minimalist and monochrome furnishings. The entrance and the bright hallway separates the living area — a wide open space made by designer waterfall kitchen, dining room and living room — from the sleeping area. The latter is composed of three bedrooms: a single room, a standard double room and a fantastic master bedroom with an en suite bathroom overlooking the outdoors and terrace for exclusive use, for moments of intimate relaxation completely immersed in the surrounding nature. All bathrooms with suspended sanitary fixtures. There is also one kitchen pantry in the living area and one storage closet in the sleeping area, to ensure comfortable living spaces.

Each internal space is pleasantly illuminated by natural light thanks to the large windows that open up to the splendid view of the uncontaminated outdoor landscape, allowing the guest to establish a relationship of continuous references between the indoor and outdoor environments of the Property.

Exterior Living Spaces

Villa CP1 is set in a sheltered and calm position on a private road, far away from crowded residential areas, and it is completely surrounded by the vegetation of the macchia mediterranea. It is accessible through a sliding corten steel gate; thanks to its transparency, the private area of the Property is ideally connected with the open natural surroundings.

The natural layout of the land leads to the spacious solarium area, with an infinity-edge pool and  heatable salt electrolysis: a refreshing and suggestive panoramic viewpoint to contemplate the amazing Italian landscape. The simplicity of the lines, the modernity of the materials and the level of integration with the environment, of which the intervention on Villa CP1 is a faithful witness, has already been recognized by the prestigious Italian Pool Award in 2015.

The dialogue between the villa and its surrounding landscape is carried on by the wonderful rooftop garden, covering the structure and blending with the macchia mediterranea, and its local travertine ground paving, recalling the majestic rock walls among which the villa is nestled.

The comfortable living area opens out into the external space that hosts a pleasant dining and barbecue area, making Villa CP1 an ideal location to host pleasant parties and events.

Location

The Property is located on the northwestern coast of Sicily, between the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the ancient village of Scopello. It is part of an amazing uncontaminated landscape, characterized by wilderness, rocks and macchia mediterranea. In this land, the typical vegetation and the biodiversity of the macchia mediterranea maintain their natural authenticity across time.
